FAQ


 Q: Why is the registration key I used to activate the software not valid?
  A: If your device's owner name doesn't coincide with the owner name you entered when you bought the product, the registration key will not work. Please change your device's Owner Name to the same Owner Name of your order detail. Note that the device's owner name is case sensitive. To change your device's Owner Name, select Start > Settings > Owner Information.
 
  Q: What should I do if the software doesn't work on Smartphone devices?
  A: Most Smartphone devices are in "Security Locked Mode" and you need to unlock your device before installing the software.
      Please follow the following 3 steps to unlock your device:
      1. Download and install this CAB file on your device.
      2. Download and install RegEdit (it is free) if it is not installed. 
           Then look here:
           [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies]
           You have to change these keys (they may look so):
            Key "00001001" value must be "1"
            Key "00001005" value must be "40" 
            Key "00001017" value must be "144"
            Key "0000101b" value must be "1"
  
            If you don't have any of these key, please create it.
       3. Soft reboot your device.
